Rory Lawson is a former international rugby player and owner of Coco Pro. After a career-ending injury in 2013, Rory was fed up with the number of brands on the market claiming to be 'healthy' while packed full of artificial ingredients or sugars and set to work to build a brand that was different to anything else on the market - Coco Pro. We met with Rory to find out what advice he would give to other start-up companies, where he predicts the nutrition industry is heading and how brands can utilise ambassadors for marketing their products.
